A: Is there a way within the software of:
– Seeing who is currently online and what cooperatives (local/statewide/global) they are toggled online for?
– Seeing, retrospectively, who was previously online and toggled into a cooperative?
– Is there a way for the service coordinator to be able to see inside of an on-going chat session that they are not themselves a part of?
